All Judgment forms, including Dissolution of Marriage, and Modification of Judgments, are now online so that clients and practitioners alike are able to fill out the forms and print them out. An Antenuptial Agreement has recently been held to invalid by a Missouri court. In Potts v. Potts, the court held that presentment of an agreement to a prospective spouse just days before the wedding constituted procedural unconscionability and the provision whereby husband would keep all control of property that would otherwise be marital was substantive unconscionability.
